Kale Chips

Hi there! my name is Tammy Bergman, and like y"all I'm on a quest to live a healthier and happier life filled with really good tasty delicious food. Because after all this girl loves her food :)  
I have been working with Lily for almost a year and she has taught me how to love myself again and helped me bring back a passion I once had,  and that is cooking.
 

So I have here for you one of my many favorite snacks.
Homemade kale chips.

 

1 bunch of fresh kale

Dash of salt

Dash of pepper

Dash of onion powder

Dash of garlic powder

Generous amount of olive oil.

 

Wash and dry kale. Cut up into pieces toss all the ingredients with the kale in a large bowl.

Preheat oven to 400 and spread kale on a lined flat cookie sheets.

Bake about 10 min or until it is golden brown.

Eat and enjoy!
