Peppermint Patties



1 cup coconut

1 cup Cashews

3 T coconut oil

3 T honey

1 tsp peppermint extract

Pinch of salt

Chocolate coating or coat in melted 75% chocolate

2 T coconut oil

1 cup cacao

3-4 T boiling water

1 tsp cinnamon



1. Pulse together the filling until is forms a dough.

2. Then form into balls andfreeze for 30 min.

3. Prepare the chocolate sauce and then coat the balls in the sauce. It shouldstick quickly, set in the freezer for 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
