My favorite ways to make drinking easier and more fun.
Use a 1L water bottle so you keep track of how much you drink. Finish it by 12:00 pm, 5:00 pm and bedtime, this makes it easy to get 3L a day.
Mix Ins, as a coach on the @28dayjoyofkosherchalennge we talked a lot about water, and adding peaches, plums, cucumber, mint lemon or orange slices to our water to make it more fun. You can even freeze the tasty water to beat your sugar cravings.
