For 21 day fixers
1 yellow, 1 orange, 1/2 purple per a serving.
2 cups steel cut oats
2 cups cooked round brown rice
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/8 cup shelled hemp seeds
1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
Heat the seeds oats and rice in a pot with 1 L of boiling water. Simmer until thick and mix in cinnamon and stevia to taste.
Move the oatmeal in 1/2 cup servings into bowls or 1 cup containers to freeze.
Slice the pears with the skin on and heat with 1/8 cup of water in a frying pan. Add cinnamon and slightly soften the pears. Then add 1/2 cup of pears to each bowl. Yumm
