I love to try new recipes and take a break from my hectic schedule, especially in the afternoon with my kids. I can't give them the attention we both deserve when I am worried about making dinner. So we are going to do 7 days of crockpot recipes, inspired by the top coach from my team of health coaches Lori Miggins. Together, we will see how we can leverage our time better, use our freezer more efficiently and enjoy this busy holiday time of year, without killing ourselves in the kitchen. You can prepare a meal for the crock pot and put it in the freezer each day, or crock it then and there. This way if you find yourself with leftovers, it will be a double win. I will be doing some of the recipes to eat right away and a few I will be preparing for my freezer to help with the random dinners in between holidays during October. This is a huge help for me personally, since I am doing Thrive: Success Club a challenge for October to get in 30 minutes of exercise a day and balanced eating over the holidays. All of the recipes are also Gluten free or very easily substituted for a GF alternative. I will be making them all GF. Since two of the recipes are sides, we decided to throw in a bonus recipe with 8 total inspiring recipes for clean eating this fall.
