Our 7 day sugar detox with shift shop workout begins this Sunday. Here is everything you need to know to get started.
Week 1 is 25 minutes of exercise 6 days a week and a rest day. Unlike our 21 day sugar detox, this 7 day version is grain free, but includes fruit! A perfect match for your summer goals.
What to eat? I cannot stress enough that eating enough food is supremely important. You must register for the complete free trial to see the meal plans for the higher weight brackets.
4 Cups of non starchy vegetables the more greens the better
2 Cups of fruit berries are best after that just enjoy don't micromanage its a form of self sabotage
4 3/4 cup servings of cooked protein a day eggs are the only ones that don't fit that portion size, they are 2 eggs per a serving, or 6 whites.
2 1/2 cup servings or parsnip, white potatoes or sweet potatoes, peas or corn (no grains)
1/4 Cup of Avocado, Hummus, Cheese, olives
2 T of salad dressings use only coconut or olive oil
2 teaspoons of nut butters or oils
Need more veggies?Feel free but really check in with your hunger. If you are just snacky, don't eat. These workouts are exactly for the sugar detox because they work on your mindset.
