For week 1, I am focusing on the combinations of foods that are going to bring our metabolism and hormones into sync with our goals.
So I am looking at our portion containers, and combinations to create easy to make ideas that can be prepped in minutes, or in advance.
Combination 1: The green, the red, the yellow and the orange ( or swapped for a teaspoon)
eg. A zucchini pasta with white beans and meat balls.
Sweet potato toast with spinach and eggs
