Progress, I love to talk about it. But for many starting on their journey, the word progress feels like a platitude coaches give people who aren't at the goal. This could not be farther form the truth. When we see you progress, we know its working. We know that you will get to your goal, if you can stabilize and retain those habits you are already doing. For us progress is beyond results, results can yo-yo, steady progress means you are really changing your mindset and your actions, with the a long term change in mind. Does that make you mad? Do you want a quick fix that you can turn on, anytime your out of control lifestyle feels like just to much? That's why you are ready for a coach. A coach can see the path before you.

"I really wanted to share with you guys... I was one of the people whose scale wasn’t budging (actually it climbed up about 4 pounds) I’m not usually a scale watcher but I was really letting it get me down. Normally, even when my nutrition sucks, as long as I’m working out my weight will usually stay the same - I won’t lose or I will gain reallyyyyy slowly. So here I am, end of phase one and eating really well about 80% of the time and my scale is half a pound more then when I started. But these are my progress pics from day 1 - I notice much more muscle in my legs and some fat loss all over. 10 inches lost, Moral of the story : the scale tells you nothing."

We are ready for Phase 2, but we are onboarding new people to our support group every week to start Phase 1. It actually holds us accountable to guide you through phase 1 as we set an example for phase 2, and our coaches complete their complete second round of the entire 80 day program, and their results and progress inspire us. Team work! No one is these progress quotes has reached thier final goal, but we are on the journey changing our daily habits.
