HI Guys! I am thrilled to be completing my certification as an official representative and expert on weight loss. I have been focused only on the health side of things for the last 10 years of my practice and due to popular demand I decided to make weight loss a focus so that when I have clients that want to reduce blood sugar and cholesterol but also want to hit a weight goal, I know exactly how to help them make that happen. This all came about because I was stuck in a weight plateau. I was healthy, and after baby number 4 I was able to lose the weight slowly right back to that plateau. I believed that eventually it would keep going down on its on, but it never did. Then came pregnancy number 5 and a 40lb weight gain at the most stressful time in my life. It was slow and completely different to lose the weight from this pregnancy because it was all about building more muscle ( I had never been into fitness before) and working on those deep self care and life balance issues that had helped me put so much on during my pregnancy. Just so you understand this was all gained on healthy food. No pizza and ice cream binges, or very few anyway ( no ones is perfect). I decided that now was the time to get past that mental plateau and reach for my dream weight. I found 2B mindset to accomplish that. My success in seeing how weight loss works with healthy eating, the same eating I was doing before, but the strategies to keep tweaking and never hit those plateaus was thrilling and for me.
