How can you plan something to do for yourself this week from each love Language and see how it feels? Learning how you respond to self love, and which language speaks most to you, will help you figure out what language to use around fitness and nutrition to make it something you GET to do instead of HAVE to do.
Affirmation - A daily affirmation on your phone screen. You are enough. I love you. You got this!
Physical Touch - Especially when we dislike things about our body this is big. Put lotion on yourself, shave your legs, touch your body in a loving way.
Receiving gifts - Buy something for no reason for yourself and email me a picture or post in the group. If it is from Ali Express screenshot the item.
Quality time - Give yourself the gift of time, a workout, a walk outside alone, coffee by yourself. No music no phone no podcast, just be with you and let us know what happens.
Acts if service - Do you need a doctor’s appointment? Do you need a hot shower of a hot fresh cup of coffee that you come first? Think on how you can do this for yourself.
Why are we trying out all forms of love on ourselves? Because we need all forms, just some will be our primary language and resonate most deeply.
