How can I ever achieve my goal?
I never fully understood how to set goals properly in order to get results.
I always felt like I needed more accountability, more help, more tools, and yet some things just seemed out of reach.
I have been blessed with amazing mentors that have taught me so much about goal setting and arriving at my dreams. One of my favorite mentors is running an incredible group, a free 3 day goal setting group.
Since I have contributed and created free groups on holistic health for our team, I was invited to share this group with you, my followers
What topics will you see?
Why do some things come easy?
Begin with the end in mind, how to take your goal apart to make sure you have doable goals.
Then looking at your life as a whole so you can go after those big dreams without Burn out.
