Seriously, does this darkest and depressing month make you crazy for that extra cup of coffee or hit of chocolate. In Israel we celebrate the trees this month, in part to simply remember that Spring is coming.

February can be, love ourselves month. Wouldn't that be cool? Before we strip off those winter layers, we peek within and see ok, there is a lot to love here. Starting these new habits, or fit goals is great because I am worth it, never as a punishment.

Fitting in the 2b mindset philosophy into a busy lifestyle, whether that is over night shifts, busy new mom's, working at home or in Hi tech. Its going to be an epic month for learning what works and creating sustainable results.
