I said it. You say "I want to start working out" but really you are a person who loves to snuggle up, you say things Like, I love to sleep in! I always take the elevator, I'm just not the kind of person to... physical activity.
You may want to start moving more intellectually but one big hurdle to doing it, is your identity.
You see, we simply believe the things we tell our self, about ourselves. No one knows us better, right?!

Listen to the things you say that start with, I always, I never, I'm the kind of person. After shabbat write them done and once you start you will find that more and more come up.

It doesn't matter what they are but start to look at the things you believe about yourself.
