Banana Pancakes makes 2 servings
2 ripe bananas Large
A blender! for fun you can add cinnamon or vanilla extract, but there are good just as they are. top with 1-2 tsp of Maple syrup and enjoy. They even make amazing crepes. I always enjoy these with 1/2 a thick greek yogurt with vanilla stevia as a topping.
