Breakfast Porridge with Grains

 

1 cup cooked grain (see cooking details below)

1 T almond butter

1 t cinnamon

1/4 C water

Add dried fruit, nuts and honey as desired

 

 

Wheat berries / whole barley: 
1 Cup wheat to 1.5 L boiling water.

Strain when ready.

Bulgur: 1 cup Bulger to 2 Cups boiling water
