Vegetables are the food of abundance. Nutrient dense but calorie light, so they combat the modern challenge of too much food and not enough nutrients from our ecosystem. Eat them most at every meal for best results.
How much should I drink?
The more water the more consistent weight loss. More water help muscle tissue stay supple to avoid injury, helps with water retention form salt and stress and keep your appetite in check so you eat more mindfully.
Start with 1/2 your body weight in lbs in oz of water. That means 200 lbs begin with 100 oz of water that is a little over 3 liters. I recommend an active woman aim for a 3-4 liters 100-130 oz's a day no matter what her weight to get started.
A healthy relationship with your body means no more fear of reality.
I know the scale and measurements are things we want to avoid when we don't feel like they reflect our authentic self. You are ready to see that they are just the sum total of how your self care is equating to your weight and size. Now you can take compassionate action. Make the change you want and appreciate the effort it took. Size and weight are not the only measurement of health but Love is owning it does effect your health and self esteem.

So much of our beauty is Gd given. When we care for our body and cultivate a loving relationship to our divinely designed beauty we can truly shine. This journey is not about weight loss. It is about revealing your inner Queen. When you feel like a treat everyday, eating treats becomes a secondary pleasure. Feel like a treat always and eat sweets and nutrient poor food when it is an incredible experience in every single bite.
