Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

 

Ingredients

2 bars of 60% to 85% dark chocolate

1 cup salted peanuts

 

Directions

Melt chocolate in a double boiler (glass bowl over a pot of boiling water) or microwave

Pour chocolate on a silpat or baking paper and spread.

Sprinkle peanuts and freeze till set

Break apart and enjoy!!
