Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl
Enough for 3 servings
3 cups 0% yogurt
1 cups oats
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
4 T cocoa
2-4 dates size and taste desired
2+1 cups cherries frozen
1 tsp grated 85% dark chocolate
Add a little 1 % milk to loosen if necessary
Put the yogurt, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, cocoa, dates and 2 cups of cherries into your blemder and mix to desired consistancy. If the mixture is too thick, it is possible to ass some milk to loosen the mixture slightly.
Pour the mixture in your bowls and top with the remaining cherries and a little grated 85% chocolate.
