Pesto Sole or Halibut with Almonds
5 Sole or Halibut Fillets
1 Bag Sliced Almonds Toasted
Homemade or Frozen Cubes of Natural Pesto
Pat the fish fillets dry, then spoon pesto onto each fillet and sprinkle with sliced almonds. bake in the 200 C Oven until firm, about 20 minutes.
Serve with Thyme Sweet Potato and Steamed Green Beans
