PostPartum Healthy Recipes Mason Jar Salad

 

LAYERED BROCCOLI CABBAGE AVOCADO SPROUTS  MASON JAR SALAD Serves 2

( from our sugardetox cookbook) Next one starts right after Purim 2016

Ingredients

1 Cup raw broccoli florets

1.5 Cup shredded cabbage

1 Cup sprouted lentils

1/2 Avocado

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Lemon

1/2 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds

salt and pepper

Preparation: Leave the dressing on the bottom of the mason jar with the broccoli and you have a super salad that will last all week.
