Chia Coconut Crunch Balls

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1tsp baking powder
1/2cup coconut flour
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1cup almond butter
2 whole eggs
2tsp pure vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup of raisins
*water*

 

Preparation
This recipe makes 3 1/2 dozen. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and raisins.

When all the ingredients are well mixed, add the chocolate chips and raisins.

Take a bunch of dough and roll it into a ball and place on cookie sheets. If the dough is too crumbly, add water a little at a time, so the dough sticks together nicely.

Flatten the cookies slightly with the back of a fork and place them in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes and store in a zip bag or tight container in the fridge.
