Chick Pea Vegetable Soup



2 Cups pumpkin cut in large chunks

1 cup carrot large chunks

2 zuchinni large chunks

1 sweet potato large chunks

2 potatoes optional large chunks

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

Hawaij soup seasoning 1-2 Tablespoons

salt pepper

2 Cups frozen chickpeas or cooked ones



Cover with water and simmer until everything is soft.

Serve over whole wheat couscous or millet
