Gluten Free Cornbread Stuffing


My favorite Cornbread Recipe: to make parve mix 1.5 cups soy milk with 1.5 tablespoons vinegar


Stuffing: Ingredients

2 stalk celery diced

2 carrots peeled and diced

1 onion diced

1/2 dried cranberries

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1 Cup Chicken stock

1 tsp  ground sage

1 tsp rosemary

1 tsp thyme

Mix the corn bread and other ingredients in a bowl until soft and fill the turkey cavity. make sure to check the temperture of the stuffing as you cook to insure you do not have an issues with bacteria.
