6 Sweet Potatoes

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

salt pepper


Roast at 400 F or 200 C until golden and sweet, then puree and top with candied pecans and dried cranberries. Add a drop of chicken stock if you need a smoother texture.
