Miso soup with Tofu & Wakame

 

Ingredients

1/3 cube miso

6 cups boiling water

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 bunch scallions chopped

1 red bell pepper chopped

1 block tofu cubed

1 cup shelled edamame

2 cups dried wakame

1 inch ginger chopped 2 garlic cloves chopped

 

Preparation

Simmer 30 minutes and enjoy
