Pesto Salmon with Brussel Sprouts

 

Ingredients

500 g Salmon fillet

2 Tablespoon basil pesto you can buy frozen

Sliced almonds

4 cups Brussle Sprouts

 

Preparation 

slather the fish with the pesto cover with sliced almonds. Bake at 200 for 10-15 minutes until firm. Steam the Brussle Sprouts by pouring boiling water over them and draining.
