Salmon & Stuffed Grape Leaves with Avocado & Yogurt Sauces

Ok y"all you can stop drooling over this picture because I am going to tell you how to make this.
And yes it taste even better then how the picture looks :) Now that I let you in on my secrets I hope you enjoy it! From my table to yours :)
Salmon:
All you do is put some olive oil on each piece the sprinkle some curry sea salt.
Fry flesh side down for a few minutes, then put in a 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 min or till desired doneness.
Stuffed grape leaves:
Mix cooked rice, onion, dill, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and a little bit of olive oil and some lemon juice.
Place a small teaspoon of filling in center of grape leaves and roll the up tight.
You can eat it cold or warm.
Yogurt sauce:
1 cucumber
Half a chopped onion
Some minced garlic
Greek yogurt
Lemon juice
Dill
Salt and pepper.
Place in a blender till all ingrediants are mixed.
Avocado sauce:
One avocado
Some anchovies
Lemon juice
Olive oil
A few basil leaves chopped
Minced garlic
Salt and pepper.
Place in blender and puree
Tomatoes salad:
Chop tomatoes, add olive oil and some Italian seasoning and mix.
