Pumpkin Apple Ginger Soup

Ingredients

 

6 cups cubed pumpkin or sweet potato

3 granny smith apples cubed

1 onion

1 inch garlic

1 cup white wine

1 cinnamon stick

Cover with water

s/p to taste

 

Preparation

Boil the ingredients together, just covered with water after all the vegetables are soft, fish out the cinnamon stick and add salt and pepper to taste. Puree and enjoy!
