Tofu Stir Fry

This meal is all about detoxing from red meat and poultry. Now that the spring holidays are over its time to start back to a healthier routine. This stir fry is quick and easy and so delish!

 

Serves  4

 

1 package of firm tofu, cubed

2 small packages of frozen mixed vegetables

4 dashes of soy sauce

4 dashes of teriyaki sauce

Garlic powder

Ground ginger

5 tbsp of organic brown sugar

 

Pan fry the tofu in olive oil until golden. Then add the frozen vegetables, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, sugar and garlic powder.
Stir and cover pan until vegetables are soft and hot.
Serve on top of brown rice and enjoy!
