Trout with Lemon Herbs & String Beans

Ingredients

4 Fillet of trout or amonon

Top each fillet with

1/2 tsp coconut oil

salt pepper

Italian dried herbs basil oregano thyme

Lemon Juice

 

String Beans

 

Preparation

Bake at 200 for 7-10 minutes until golden or bake wrapped in parchment paper to steam with the string beans.
