Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
½ Cup oil1
Cup raw sugar
2 egg whites unbeaten
¾ cup almond/soy milk1
½ Cups Whole wheat pastry flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
In one bowl add all the ingredients together
Beat vigorously for several minutes until perfectly smooth.
Bake at 350 F 185 C till a toothpick in the center comes out clean 20-35 minutes
