Tasty Tuesday Breakfast reimagined


I love breakfast and the only thing better than a yummy breakfast is a consistent breakfast.


Why?

So that we choose to start our day with a meal the represents our best self on a great day.


In weight loss mode, we never adjust our breakfast to our emotional state or what the scale said, up, down or indifferent,


We create a stable morning routine that gets us obsessing less about food and creating more ado about LIFE!


Recipe!


1/4 cup Quick cooking oats, can be any kind that you like. I use gluten free

1 Tablespoon of chia seeds

2 Tablespoons of PB2 powder (find on iherb)

1/2 to 3/4 cup boiling water

1 tsp real vanilla extract

pinch of Himalayan sea salt


I pair this with a coffee with a little milk or almond milk coffee creamer and Collagen



Let it sit and bulk up for 2 minutes and add 1 sqaure 75% stevia chocolate

or 1T chocolate chips stevia or 60% + cocoa

Seriously, A perfect balance of healthy fats, whole grains, fiber and protein.

It is under 2 minutes to through together and can be eaten in the car at a stop light. NO joke.


It is also a great winter way to get the comfort food flavors of a snow day, that make you feel great, full and satisfied everyday.
