Lily shared how practicing bitachon can actually rewire the brain to make calmer, more aligned decisions. This is especially helpful when managing food choices, boundaries, or health goals.

  • Emotional Eating and the Safety Response. When the nervous system is on high alert, it reaches for quick comfort—often in the form of food. Bitachon brings emotional safety, which lowers the urge for impulsive eating. You’re not broken. You’re just scared. And God is here.
